MEDIATION SERVICES
I am a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Certified Mediator and have in the last three years been the mediator for almost 100 cases. Cases have involved seven figure personal injury cases including allegations of bad faith, breach of contract disputes, and property insurance claims disputes. I was blessed with the gift of compartmentalization. My early training as a musician taught me to listen carefully in order to understand feeling. When people speak, and move, they are transmitting emotion that speaks much louder than the words they are using. Given keen observation it is possible to understand the intentions of others, and identify the right moment, and the right magnitude welcomed that can turn an interaction in the direction desired.
Mediation is about a setting that allows for ease of communication between parties otherwise unable to express their understandings in a way that facilitates agreement. My job as a mediator is to listen carefully and frame, reframe the moment, the emotion and the dynamics so as to arrive at a state whereby the parties, and their representatives agree.

Because of my ability to compartmentalize and listen, I am able to remain NEUTRAL. My experience as a litigator has involved my services on both sides of the isle. My personal ideology is to help those in need, and when there is a dispute, I believe all the parties are in need. My goal is for everyone to conclude mediation having achieved what they sought to achieve.
I can mediate in person and I am happy to travel anywhere. If travel is within the state of Florida, my fee still remains a very conservative figure of $300.00 per hour regardless of number of parties. If mediation is over zoom, my fee is $250.00 per hour regardless of number of parties. I only require a two hour minimum for booking my time.
