Most of my work related to business law is litigation. I have litigated the following causes of action in the commercial context: fraud in the inducement, negligent and intentional misrepresentation, nuisance, medical monitoring, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, temporary and permanent injunctions, deceptive and unfair business practices, and civil conspiracy to commit fraud.
I have also represented clients in business litigation related to Medical Marijuana Treatment Center license concerns. Cases I have worked on include those involving securities litigation involving broker-dealer advisory and breach of fiduciary duty, as well as real estate development, money laundering fraud allegations valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
